Jasmine completed her Masters of Health Science (osteopathy) at Victoria University and worked on reception at Hobsons Bay Osteopathy while studying.
Jasmine was drawn to Osteopathy after having various falls and injuries while competing competitively in Equestrian events and subsequently was treated by Osteopaths at Hobsons Bay Osteopathy. Having recovered well, Jasmine was then guided in strength and core work to improve her sitting position. Building a rapport with her treating Osteopath encouraged Jasmine to pursue her studies in Osteopathy after completing VCE. Apart from horse riding Jasmine was also a competitive swimmer and worked part time as a lifesaver at a local swim centre. While also enjoying pilates and adventurous hikes she spends time riding her horse Roxy and walking her dog Lady.
Jasmine enjoys treating all conditions in particular headaches, neck pain, adolescent athletes and all lower back conditions. The variety of conditions an osteopath is presented with to treat and the different walks of life people are living makes it a rewarding career path.
Excited to join the HBO practitioner team she takes on a tailored approach to her treatment and designs a management plan to suit the individual. She believes education, regular treatment and exercise is the key to long term recovery and maintenance. Book in and she can help you get the most out of life!
