Clinical/Reformer Pilates (Supervised Exercise Sessions)

Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles, especially the core while improving posture, flexibility and overall body awareness. It is also beneficial for prevention of injury.

Our sessions are one on one Pilates sessions. Using exercises that incorporate strength and conditioning principles and general Pilates clinical framework.

Based on your initial assessment, your session is individualised and involves a comprehensive treatment plan, so you are geared towards living your best quality of life! Pilates exercises are ideal for the whole body, with a particular emphasis on gentle, co-ordinated muscle action. They are suitable for people of all ages and the benefits include:
